موقع الفندق يعتبر جيد نظرا للمنطقه المحيطه وتفر الخدمات فيها.. مواقف السيارات واسعه وكثيره.. بهو الفندق يحوي كوفي جيد جدا... تعامل موظفين الفندق رائع من تسجيل الدخول وحتى تسجيل الخروج..إطلالة الغرفه على الحديقه الداخليه جميله.. تصريف المياه داخل الحمام لم يكن جيد مما يسبب تراكم المياه على أرضية الحمام (لم أواجه هذه المشكله في المره السابقه).. عموما الفندق يعتبر ممتاز بشكل عام ولي عوده إن شاء الله..

Me quedé 2 semanas y me gustó mucho la ubicación a una calle del Mall of the Emirates y a 3 calles del Metro. Hay muchos restaurantes cercanos aparte de todo lo que tiene el Mall. También usé una lavandería cercano y resultó ser muy buena. Tienen 2 gimnasios y una buena piscina. Lo único que no me gustó fue el desayuno que fue idéntico los 14 días - no hicieron ni un solo cambio! Aburrido!!

Отель прекрасный во всем, расположен удобно рядом с Молл оф Эмирейтс, автобусная остановка 81 автобуса тоже рядом, до метро 10 минут пешком. Вежливый улыбчивый персонал от ресепшена до уборщиков. Раннее заселение, что важно после перелета! Красиво, уютно, чисто, вкусно! Советую однозначно!

Hotel was built in 2019 and it’s barely 5 years till now - it should be a clean hotel. But what I experienced from the 訂房網站 was poorly maintained rooms. Toilets are poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. Drainage at the shower area was always not cleared - showered for 7 days with all the hair that was left since day 1 and it caused the water to flood at the shower area. Flooring at the shower area is also uneven that caused the water to be trapped at some areas. Amenities like toilet rolls and tissue paper are not refilled during housekeeping times - I have to call the concierge to get the housekeeping team to refill it - yes, housekeeping team is not answering the calls. Iron was not cleaned and it is sticky. Staff - Vanessa is unhelpful at all. Asked 3 questions and is unhelpful to find out at all; what she said was she don’t know I can check it online. It was my mom’s birthday and asked if they are able to prepare something for her as a surprise; she took down but did not reply to me and when I asked how can I know if something was being prepared she said if I see it on that day (what?)?? It was an overall very bad experience and I would say it’s the worst Millennium hotel that I’ve stayed in so far for a well travelled person like me.

Unfortunately it was not a good experience and i will not repeat this visit to hotel , One of the room service open the room at night while i was sleeping Also the reception is not helpful, I requested to talk to manager but no one cares

設施：有點久 衞生：每天打掃 環境：離 mall 近 服務：還算 ok 整體入住還可以的，經濟實惠，另外周邊比較接地氣，周圍的餐廳很多，當地餐也挺多

房間裡面被套可以看出黑色汙漬，這個倒是其次。這次入住最差的感受是前台的服務，這裡點名那位東南亞面孔的小姑娘，人品有問題，業務能力也差。消費稅每個房間15迪，我們給現金她默認不找零，也沒給我們收據。讓她把我們一起出行的同事安排到同一個樓層入住，她也不照辦。
